My Goal
My goal for this semester in PE is to be more fit. I want to improve my cardio specifically. I play soccer so I need to strengthen my muscles, become more balanced, and increase my running stamina. I am not very interested in gaining muscle or weight because that would I become slower runner which is not what i want. I like being a fast runner, it is one of my strengths.
Gurkirat - I agree with your post and appreciate your effort in the weight room today. I am glad that you are asking questions up there and trying to work toward a specific goal. What was your beep test score last fitness day? Would that be a target to improve upon? How will you know if your cardiovascular fitness is improving? Timed run/distance/pretest? Look up workouts that you can follow in the weight room - maybe incorporate the treadmill.
