Tuesday, Feb 4

Today we did the beep test. It has been a while since I have done the beep test so I was very rusty on this one. I got 12.7 on the beep test. It isn't bad but it is not good enough for what I want to achieve. For the rest of the activities, this is what I got.
T-test-11.58 seconds, my worst in a while. I hope to improve this.
Pushups-20, I really need to improve that because to me that is pathetic.
Body Bridge-1:30 seconds, That is close to my usual time each year so I was kind of glad to see it didn't change.
For wall sit, I got up to level 4. I stretch a lot due to soccer but I wasn't expecting to be this flexible. 
Wall jump- I only jumped 40 cm, which is also my usual height every year.

Wednesday, Feb 5

 Today was not a good workout day for me. I didn't have anything specific to do so I did everything I could think of like biking, pushups, burpees, and crossramp. I was not set on what I wanted to due so this day was kind of a waste. I had no videos to look at because I didn't bother looking, but that will change starting tomorrow. I found two videos that look like great cardiovascular workouts. Here they are and I believe they will help me achieve my goal.
