Final Assessment blog post



Participation- 

I will have to admit that the one thing I do not like doing is dance and I must admit I have not contributed much to dancing. Though other than that, I believe I have been fairly active in this class. Not everyday I will engage to the absolute best of my ability but I will put in a massive effort. I know for a fact that I haven't missed a day or gone a day without having my strip. My strength in PE is running, specifically speed and stamina so I will be certain to give my best on days that involve both.


Social Responsibility and Contribution to the class

I honestly must say that I am not the most productive in terms of helping setting and getting organized when the class starts, but I can freely say that I contribute my fair share to the class. I usually help put away equipment. I am a very energetic individual and I love to just release it. I don't feel very satisfied with myself after a non- productive class. I am motivated but I am not sure others get motivated by seeing me. Sure I have friends that can bring me down but do I follow them? Absolutely not. I do my own thing and contribute my own way to the class. 



Healthy Living

From the beginning of the semester I have been saying that speed and stamina were both my strengths and they continue to be. Physical strength has been my weakness up till now and I don't mind not having much. I like being skinny and speedy. Outside of school I play soccer for a cub club called Akal. I will post a picture of my jersey for proof and maybe a picture from my practice.

Marks- I believe I deserve 92% in this class as I have been consistent but there have been slip ups here and there.

Report Card Post



1. Action

I, as a member of this PE Super Fit class, am always present ready to participate in all activities in PE with my PE strip. I have not missed a day of class yet.


2. Contribution

I am an energetic individual who delivers when given the opportunity. It does not matter if it is a fun activity or a fitness activity, I demonstrate to the best of my ability. I try to show leadership qualities and try to get past obstacles that do get in my way. Not even my friends can bring me down.

3. Reflection

I believe that I have kept up with updating my blog. I also believe my major strength in this class is stamina and running. No matter what the sport or activity, if it involves running, I will run. My major weakness in this class is physical strength which I don't mind not having a lot. I like who am. If anything, I would only get a bit more toned for the future.

My contributions to the class

I believe I can contribute a whole lo to the class in terms of participation and bringing energy. I want to get something out of each class whether its fun or fitness. I always show up to every class with my PE strip, ready to participate in whatever we as a class ae going to do. I would only hope to continue this in the future. The one place I hope to improve is to get other memebers in the class to participate as well. A class is never fun unless everyoen is willing to participate and I can honestly say that our class is not always fully engaged in the activities we do. The truth is that they are only ruining it for the class and for themselves. In the near future I hope to motivate people more.

PE 11 Interim report response

The Basics

I have never been absent a day since my first day is PE. I always show up with my strip ready to do whatever we as class are going to do. As for participation, I fully engage myself to whatever activity we are doing. Nothing has prevented me from participating in PE class when it comes to something as basic as a PE strip or any other minor factors.


Participation

As a student in PE class, I fully engage myself in all activities that we as a class are doing. I believe that I have lots of energy and that is one of the positives for me in this class. I enjoy bringing that energy to the class and just letting it out. I don't know how others feel around in class but I do my best to engage them in ways. Though the choice does come down to them, if they feel motivated or inspired enough to do anything. I certainly know that I am motivated to get more fit than I am now. Especially my cardio and endurance levels as I have spoken before about my goals this semester. I believe that there has not been a change yet, but I believe I will slowly get there in time.

My Goal


My goal for this semester in PE is to be more fit. I want to improve my cardio specifically. I play soccer so I need to strengthen my muscles, become more balanced, and increase my running stamina. I am not very interested in gaining muscle or weight because that would I become slower runner which is not what i want. I like being a fast runner, it is one of my strengths.
